The Seymour Arms was renovated and refurbished during 2013. It is managed by Emily Green, with the help of Assistant Manager, Mark Murray and Head Chef, Romas Gruzdas. The staff at The Seymour Arms aim to provide you with high quality service, food and comfort during your time there.
The Michelin recommended restaurant serves an incredibly high standard of food; ranging from a 3 course a la carte meal to bar food. Romas has 15 years of experience in cooking. He uses only the finest ingredients to create inspiring and individual dishes with fresh local produce.
